By accessing or using Bible Typing School, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

Bible Typing School is a web-based typing tutorial that uses Bible passages, Christian commentary, and missions content as practice material. The service includes a structured 20-level curriculum and free-form practice options.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

If you create learner profiles for minors, you are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bible Typing School only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service to transmit malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape or extract data from the service
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

Content and Translations

Bible Typing School uses public-domain and openly licensed Bible translations (Berean Standard Bible, World English Bible, King James Version, and American Standard Version) and public-domain commentaries. Missions content is sourced from the Joshua Project API. We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of third-party content obtained through APIs.

Intellectual Property

The Bible Typing School application, including its design, code, and original content, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission. Bible passages and commentaries remain in the public domain.

Voluntary Contributions

Bible Typing School accepts voluntary financial contributions processed through Stripe. All contributions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Contributions do not entitle you to any additional features or services beyond those available to all users.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Bible Typing School is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by using the account deletion option in your Settings page or by contacting us through our Contact page. Account deletion will permanently remove all associated data.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
